Help with car classes

Hi everyone, I need some help with gtr 2/PnG 3.2. I want to add some cars that I downloaded into other car classes or if not possible create my custom ones. Sorry if this is easy but i'm new to modding. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

You can change/add cars to classes in the .car files, near the bottom you will see a line called, Classes="SIM_XXXXX". Add the class you want in this line. Change for all the cars you want to add to a class....

Classes="MyClass, YourClass, ETC"

The classes in car file must match the ones in gdb file.

Thanks! I'll try it and and i'll see where it gets me

Remember, as kk08 pointed out, they will have to match what is in the .gdb files in the gamedata folder.....

sorry for the long wait, but SUCCESS! Finally my Fulvia can conpete with the other gr2 cars. Thanks everybody for the quick response, time to try the 37' mod now!
