create mod for gtr fia gt racing game

for me this game is good, because gtr2 need much machine

there will be a difference in the files that open with notepad for example
HDC, CAS, AUD, ENG and more, and if there is any difference gtr1 to gtr2 regarding these files

and if it is easy to create a mod to gtr2 to gtr1 or of rfactor to gtr1 y which is better
