My Project

How old or young may be a race car, to be accepted in GTL from you. I ask because my project is a racing car of recent times, but was replaced by a successor already. Built, the vehicle is no longer, I think. I hope to find answer here, because I do not want to unnecessarily invest time, if it is not accepted.

My opinion - should be 60's & 70's.

But many people will install all cars, and we can create new classes for 1980 onwards.

I am sure you will have a lot of interest and yout time will not be wasted ! What is the car??

i have cars from any year in GTL my newest car is a focus ST

You make a Focus ST and not an Audi ?!

I think the newest car I have in the game is from 2009.
For me, mods are there to change a game to whatever you want and thanks to custom classes I couldn't care less about different eras. Only problems with modern cars are that GTL doesn't support Motecs and other digital displays and that the brake-glow doesn't work dynamic.

They are always the same answer here, it was probably to be expected. Still a shame to just under 1,500 members.

So, to make it short, I plan the Ferrari 360 Modena for GTR2 by GTL rewrite.

I got permission from Pumkin888 on NoGrip.

This is just the Street version.

I would like to make a Ferrari 360 Challenge.

As the Ferrari is one of my favorites, I have planned this project. I am not in possession of GTR2, so the version for GTL. It is of course if everything is ready for this challenge once again be rewritten back to GTR2.

F360 looks really good !

I can see GTA's point, no reason why you shouldn't put whatever cars you like in the game. My reason for not doing so is I am a retro nut. I have GTR2 and have hardly ever played
it. I can't stop playing GTL even 5 years on !!

On a technical matter, to see any mod in the GTL showroom you have to include SIM_FULL in the class line. This means it will run in the Group E endurance cup. When I'm sliding round Imola in an old relic the last thing I want is a F360 flying past me

I expect there is a way to exclude certain cars from the race but I haven't worked it out - fiddling with .car files takes ages if you have a lot of cars. **

One day I will move on to GTR2 (or 3). Then the whole addiction process starts again!

If you don't want to type in the classes manually, you can always use GTLCarTools, you can save and load custom pre-sets with every single car installed in your GameData folder.
You just have to load the pre-sets you want to use everytime before you start-up the game.

I hope someone can help me !!!!!! In the tire file 6 wheels are included. The standard gear set works. If I choose to genstrings a different type, it looks great in the showroom also made, but in the game then glowing brake discs are already visible in the box, how do I get that away ????????

I thought the people here enough romp, have the idea of problems with mods and can help me. Unfortunately, this is not so and I have the solution find themselves; was a little tiring, but I did it.

Otherwise it works slowly but steadily forward. The biggest problem that the template or what to say to this is to work hard. Basically it is a white vehicle that I have available. Next question in passing: Red hot brake discs are not in GTL. I know of a theoretical solution to the problem, but to implement it is the question to the experts: Can not pair the glow of the brake with the brake light? So brake, brake light comes on and windows glow.

May I have a look at your current version of the 360 for GTL, I might be able to work out how to fix the brakes (I go by Pumpkin888 on norgip for reference.)

I was going to look at the brake discs in GTL, I missed what the first problem was but I would be willing to help.

Okay, that would be great. If you you've downloaded the Ferrari already is standard to see a standard wheels, no brake discs, but you can use with genstrings up to 5 or 6 other rims and since then in the game are glowing brake discs seen. This glow always in the state and constantly while driving. I can first off entirely. It would be great if I use the "glowing brake discs" would have in GTL.

Ok, can I have the current copy of your work for GTL, I don't remember exactly how to get change the brake discs, but I don't think I can get them to work properly for GTL, however I will do what I can.
