I can't run the challenges in GTL. I can click on stage a, stage b, etc, but then I cant select the next step. Also, I can no longer run the 75 F1 mod on its own. I created a new class for them and it worked fine. Now I can select the class but no cars show up as usable.

It would be a good idea to make a fresh GTL install as you may have corrupted the game with other mods.
You do not have to delete the present GTL that you have installed simply call the title of the next one 'GTL - 2' or whatever you want as long as the name is different. Doing it this way means you can have as many GTL's as you like installed on the same HDD as long as you have the room.
