Wheel Tool by GeeDee v3 - 22.06.2014

Designed to help you check that a wheel set is fully centralised and gives
visual support to correct them if it isn't centralised.

The tool can also be used to help with wheel painting of hubs or the
placement of lettering on the tires.

It now has as near as can be made for the size of window accurate 360 degree
protractor for the planning or checking wheels.

There are also some new layers added that show the central spokes of wheels
from 3 to 16 spokes which allows you to check or plan new work.

Don't forget that the opacity of each layer can be changed to make things easier.

Included in the download is a copy of the file just in case you overwrite the original one.

Have fun and please feel free to pass this around as you think fit but remember this is
'freeware' and not for sale purposes.

i was unable to download from the supplied link so i took the liberty of rewriting it and it now works.Many thanks for this great tool.

Wheel Tool V4 1st July 2014

I have realised that I made version 3 smaller in pixel area than I meant to, so I have redrawn the whole tool now in 512 x 512 pixel format which is the most common size of wheel graphics.

I added two new layers which have many squares in to show you the starting points of circles for drawing. This will make it easier to draw a new circle in a new size.

14 years passed from this date 1st July 2000, that nothing really important had happened!
