Jarama 1979

Hi,

I have recently started to race this fantastic looking track, however it crashes as 20 min.
Did a quick search and came up with this, but no solution

been working on this track since the problem was mentioned, i found many errors in the GDB and TRK file, but the problem was in the AIW.
This small update has saved me redoing the AIW.
I have been updating the models and textures as well, as it has been a long time since Ken(motorfx) released it.

Will you be releasing your updated version Philrob??
Would be excellent if you did,quite a few tracks could do with a much needed update

i am still working on it added new buildings, crowds and tents as it was a bit barren.Fixed normals of objects, changed the lighting.New tarmac and grass it is starting to look like a GTL track now.When i have finished i will have to decide wheather the changes are enough to need a release, but i probably will.
I agree regarding tracks needing an update i released CastleCombe the early non chicane version for Rfactor back in 2006, i have been working on that recently with SRPL shaders for rfactor, to see if it can be updated, its looking good.

I must say thanks to all of you who keep putting in the hours to keep GTL ALIVE.
There is just something about the way this game looks and feels that puts it in my opinion head and shoulders above the rest and especially so with all the extra mods and old tracks
