| Welcome Unfortunately, this is me again. Another question: which file is responsible for the tilting of the car when cornering, during stops and starts, etc. Overall, I would involve changes to the suspension, where they are "cured" or "soften"? Regards | |

| Hello ... and what? No one knows how to soften or harden the suspension in the car? | |

| Not believing I'm reading this! Maybe I'm just stupid, but I thought the 'garage' was your friend. Regarding the 'tilting on bends', unless the physics of the car are just plain bad, you have the option to soften\harden spring rates and shock valving, decrease\increase tire pressure, and fool with the anti-rollbar and\or swaybar. May I remind you, this is a sim, and that's what the garage is for; tweaking the car to your liking. Takes a bit of knowledge, but unless you get 'down and dirty', no one else is likely to help you, except for explaining the various inputs and the resulting effect. Good luck (I guess). | |

| Well MOF m8 I thought that at first but then I thought well that's to obvious, so he must mean the .HDC & .SP files which I know very little about... I could be wrong though!

| Well, I considered that he meant the .hdc and\or .sp files, too, but absolutely no one is going to fool with them just for one simmer. And if they did, that simmer might drive very differently from anyone altering the .hdc\.sp files, That'd render the alterations completely useless to anyone but the originator. | |

| Nothing I do not understand this sudden exchange of ideas between the old regulars of this forum. I'm just afraid that once again violated some taboo and inadvertently offended someone. | |

No worries... you haven't offended me or MOF I'm sure. Is it the data in the files that you are wanting to change? If so then have a look at the .HDC & SP files of the car you want to look at as this is where things can be changed but I do not know what they all do. Gee | |

| I looked through the files .hdc and .sp. Line record relating to the suspension is from hell. Generally, I like a little mixed up in some settings (only for personal use). Only I'm afraid that too much change the characteristics of the suspension, changing any size blindly. | |
