I'm not sure if you have the right to release it, let alone here.

I have to agree with dragob, I'm fairly certain this is NOT your work.

There has already been conflicts over others (maybe yourself) attempting to release this work off of the originating site. It is CLEAR that the publishers of the work DO NOT WANT it posted anywhere except where it currently is. The only way you obtained these files is by agreeing to the owners conditions which you have now broken.

It is my position that your posting of this work (which is forbidden by the publisher) and not clearly identifying the authors is tantamount to copyright infringement (depending where you live, in the USA and Canada this is copyright infringement).

What really irks me is so many people work so hard to make these phenomenal, FREE contributions, in any other situation we would be paying exorbitant fees to access this quality of work. By breaking whatever simple requests the authors/publishers make to protect the integrity of their works is really assinine, and will likely push these communities to a different distribution model. As I've already said, these works would be very expensive in the real world, it's really to bad that there isn't a way to charge the offenders a heavy monetary fee/penalty for these types of offenses.

I would ask the Admins to please address this issue, and if the situation is as it appears, that this work has been inappropriately posted - PLEASE deal with this situation ASAP.

I know that the only thing that can be done is the removing of the files and banning the offender, this just doesn't seem to be adequate.

I apologize if my assessment of this situation is incorrect, but as Freud (apparently) said, "Sometimes a Cigar Is Just a Cigar", and I think I smell something burning, and it's not a fine Cuban...

im the mod creator and i can tell he have no permissions to release it... but this asshole is pissed off and release it on all sites he know... and u see with his 1 post he register everwhere to share it...

so please a admin delete his post or better this topic


this mod was created for two private forums and isnt for public because some modders wont share their work on public... so i gave my word not to share this mod on public forums... thx
