...these cars run pretty well together except the SLR and the Lambo Murcielago being too fast. All these cars have analog gauges.

Much interest here, also like lhl7575 says, the LeMans race is mixed class, so please add all the different appropriate cars into that class also.

And don't forget the dedicated Muscle car class also.

we need to remember that GTL has a limit on how many different classes can be added before it starts to misbehave. 30 or 36 is the number I have seen mentioned at nogrip. This mod of yours gives us a perfect opportunity to test this theory and get a conclusive answer to this question.

This limit may be class (TC_65 etc) or cars (eg SIM_1000TC = Abarth 1000TC ) or even just the number of different mods/cars, I'm not sure. But will say that when I had every mod installed into the one GTL install, there definitely was problems in the showroom (but no edits had been done to the SIM_GTC.gdb file at the time, but when I moved all the Musclecar mods over to their own GTL install the showroom once again functioned properly.

I am very interested to hear about everyone else's experiences, by the way I use Win7/64.

you have false cars in the classes? or what?

Some of the cars would not display, it is hard to explain.

example, I had 10 Chargers, but only 1 would show, then when you click on next car arrow you get a different car, all sorts of problems with the showroom. ok, picture the showroom, on the left you have a list of cars & on the right you see the bik image or video. Now what happened was I would click on the name of a car, eg Plymouth Roadrunner. and the car that comes on the right would be a Cortina. This happened also with some default cars so it was not just one or two mods, but a lot of unrelated cars also.

Maybe it was just issues in the musclecars, but I had to remove them before the showroom behaved.

I cant repeat this now because I have set up different installs and no longer have the problem, but a video would be the only way I could explain it properly.

If you combinate this routine with either GTL Car Tool 1.1 (http://www.rp-design.servegame.org/index.php?content=editors) or GTL Manager (http://www.nogripracing.com/details.php?filenr=22345), it's now possible to realy tailor made your races: deciding to fight against GT or not, and inside each class (GT or Proto) to determine if so cars have to be on the track or not !

Great ! Let's run a LM 1970 GT/Proto on the 1967 track.

Well, the only limit is that GTL accepts only 36 cars max and not the 55 cars as in 1970...however, it's alreday difficult enough to run with 36 cars on the track...

I'm sorry but they are not correct for GTl, they have to be on gtr2 or gtl, but modern cars are not in th gtl spirit.

I fully agree. GTL is for oldies (but goodies) cars. Since we have the possibility to game either GTR2 or GTL...

yes everyone has his own mind.... but noone says that GTL only because is called GTL is for classic cars... when you make a GTL 2.0 (whats my target)

Why not : Street cars of the past such as Lambo Miura,Ferrari BB 512 or Maseratis and for England Aston Martin.there is room for such cars that were not really used in competition but in Action Movies

The real name was Group5. Silhouette was the description of the cars that were only slhouettes of the real cars to mean nothing to do with stock cars .But in 1969 Group 5 were not silhouettes they were Group 2 with more tuning possibilities.
