I've come back a little further
The Mod will get the original and a Race Mirror.
For the Steeringwheel, I decided that for Momo type 78.
Even on a race wiper I thought.

And an Exhaust in version Porsche 924 GTR is a must.
I have the Fuchs wheel mounted to get a general impression of the car.
I like the Beta Gulf Skin, Thank philrob

What Engine power  
Have some information from Porsche:
Porsche 924 Carrera GTS = 1120Kg - 245hp - 250Km/H
Porsche 924 Carrera GTS Clubsport = 1060kg - 270HP - 265km/h
Porsche 924 GTR = 930kg - 320HP + - over 290Km/H
I'm not sure if that's right

Looks nice with the wheels and trim, i think the best version would be the Carrera GTS Clubsport as this was the version aimed at clubmen racers.The later GTR version was very special and only 19 were built.
When it was first introduced the customers complained that there was no passenger side mirror, Porsche responded with " it cuts top speed down by 2km/h ! "
Despite the wide arches the drag coefficient was kept to 0.34 and weighed 1121 kg

I have found some information on the Porsche website.
There you will find 3 different types of 924.
The 924 GTS rally:
Built in 1981
4-cylinder in-line engine
1,984 cc
245 hp (180 kW) at 6,250 1/min
335 Nm at 3000 1/min
K-Jetronic injection, turbocharger, intercooler
Top speed about 185 km/h (because it is a rally car)  
1050 kg
tire size front / back: 205/55 VR 16 front / 225/50 VR 16 back

The 924 GTP and GTR are indicated with almost the same specifications:
Year of construction 1980-1981
4-cylinder in-line engine
1,984 cc
320HP(GTP)/ 375HP(GTR) at 7,000 1/min
383 Nm at 4500 1/min
Fully electronic fuel injection, exhaust turbo engine, intercooler
Top speed about 293 km/h  
930 kg
tire size front / back: 275/600 x 16 / 300/625 x 16

Have just found out the original gear ratio for the 924 GTP.  

I doubt that there wasn´t a 924 GTS road model ....

Okay, if I understand correctly there was the 924 Carrera GTS (street) 245hp/335 nm and a clubsport version with 275 hp (including rollcage). Topspeed 250km/h for the street version.

Porsche has only built the 924 GTS, so that they could use the car for racing.
There were only built 50 units, so that the requirements of the FIA were met.
The 245hp version was used in rallying as a Group 4 car.
This car could only be admitted by individual approval in accordance with the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations for the road.
So the 924 was actually a race car that was slightly modified for the road.  

But the racing cars would have been built additionally, I guess. Because I think it makes no sense (also econimically) to first build a road car and then rebuild it for races?

A race car derived from a production car.
So it is with the Porsche 924 was that in 1975 came on the market.
All other 924 versions are further developments of the Original 924.
The 924 Carrera GT is created from the 924 Turbo.
After production of the 400 924 Carrera GT in early December 1980, a small evolutionary series of pure competition car was launched: the 924 Carrera GTS.
The 924 has taken the "normal" way.   
There are also certain companies that develop cars for racing and derive a production car, which is again not really economical.
The BMW M1 is such a car.
It was originally designed for circuit racing.
After the regulations were changed, the M1 was built as a production car.
Approximately 460 units were built from the M1.

I've Worked a bit further again.
Well, what can I say. The Porsche 924 Carrera GTS is in the Game.
He still has no internal Cockpit, the Driver is missing and the Physics are just for testing.
But he's in the Game.  
I have driven a few laps at Spa Francorshamps.
There are a few mistakes I noticed.
Which can be seen only in the Game.
The errors are now fixed.
Then it goes to the internal cockpit on.
Also the Physic files for all Porsche 924 still need to be created and tested.

Deep Strike Helps me with the ENG + GRB files.
He will create. Thanks Deep Strike!  

I did test drive a few of the pics.

There will be four Engines.
1. 924 GTS
2. 924 GTS-CS (Club Sport)
3. 924 GTP
4. 924 GTR.
Also, I have added a few more wheels of the car.

Now sin to make test runs.

@Swede Savage, I asked Ned about it a while ago and he told me he'd stopped working on it. So nope, no release I don't think anything changed.
