Can-Am and Le Mans mods are two different mods but still by Antoniog 

OK, but what then are the Can-Am cars in the 1st post?  I'm just wondering if they were released as the Can-Am Revelations mod or are a different mod to come?

Is this thread just a collection thread for both the Absolute Le Mans and Can-Am mods to show and discuss cars from both?

Just wondering because I'm a little confused as to what this thread represents.

Perhaps ithe ReadMe from the Mod explains it best:
"This Mod Features Can-Am Cars from the 60's and 70's
Ferraris,Porsches,Lolas,Mclarens,March,Shadows,Chaparral...they re all here.
You ll find 3 classes,one where all the cars race together,and 2 others seperated for 60's and 70's.
Ok this mod is not perfect,far from it,has no cockpits,the Physics are different from the 60's cars to the 70's,but that's it. i did not have the time or knowledge to do it car by car."

Actually, there will be a new version coming for the Can-Am cars. Unfortunately without any
graphical improvements and still no cockpits but with vastly improved physics and sounds. I'm
also now putting together Championship files that will include a different .hdc file for each car
that is specific for each track. I'm going to contact each of the track makers to see if I can get
their permission to include the tracks with it. Speaking of tracks for this, there are 3 that I've
not gotten figured out as yet. One in particular is the Edmonton Speedway Park. I have my doubts
that this is the Edmonton airport track. yes/no? The other 2 are the road course versions of the
Texas World Speedway and the Michigan International Speedway. I only have the oval versions
currently and will have to sub them if I can't find the proper versions. Also, I have gone with the
period specific versions as much as possible with the exception of Road America as the 1967 version
of it isn't very good in my opinion. The 1970 version of Road Atlanta on the other hand is a blast
to rip around on in these cars as is the 1967 version of Watkins Glen  Here is the Seasons/tracks

Please have some patience with this massive mod the guys are making. The more you stop them by asking for updates and photo's the more it will slow them down. Estimated time for the mod if you actually read threads about it is sometime this century.  I'll be 100 in 2049 and probably dead... but I will wait on the off chance!    

Like Geedee said it will take long till its released, but the mod is progressing at a reasonable pace.

The good news is that the triumph tr8 will be included most probably.

A TR8....... Great.... Just hope Hummguy doesn't do the electrics like the real ones or they'll never turn the engine over... guffaw guffaw!!!!

atention kind creatures of sim racing lol!
I found several gr c models on my archive, in 3ds, some are unseen models ,quite good.
But due to lack of time and so much yet to be done,if someone is willing to help out with mapping them and creating a template it would be fantastic.
