dynamic weather question

Hi guys!
Someone knows, exist dynamic weather mod for GTR2 and Race 07?
So, for example, racing starts in the sunshine, little rain in the 3. circle, heavy rain in the 5. circle and in the 8. circle little rain, then again sunshine, etc...

I use this Weather Generator v2_3 by ArtOfDrifting
