Volkswagen 1302 GTL Conversion (WIP)

I've been sitting on this since about 2021 when GeeDee passed me this mod and asked me to convert it to GTR2 with full permission from the authors.
Seeing as I've been away from things for a while and GeeDee isn't around to clarify, if anyone knows if this mod has already been done and released or there is a known problem for me to release this, let me know please as I do not personally know these guys..certainly know of them .

VOLKSWAGEN 1302 FOR GT LEGENDS

The mod was originally created by the team "Kugelporsche", "Ralph B." and "Citytea". Unfortunately, the team split up during the project and the project remained unfinished. Thanks to the collaboration with "DonPanoz", the Volkswagen 1302 is now finally reaching its fans. In real life, this vehicle was used in rallies and circuit races in the early 1970s. The rally vehicles used by Porsche Salzburg also became legendary, with various drivers driving them to international victories and championship honors. The "SuperKaefer" could also be admired in the later "Kaefer Cup" and in other races with historic racing vehicles to this day.

The skins are based on real models from circuit races, rallies, the Kaefer Cup, the Salzburg Classic, the Histo Cup hill climb and a film legend. Some skins
are also pure fantasy and have no connection to real vehicles. The skins #5, #7, #69, #79, #95, #98 by Citytea, #20, #53, #86, #90, #126 by DonPanoz
The gene string can be used to create different combinations of chassis, wheels, cockpits, bumpers, splitters and exhaust systems.
There is an extra disclaimer for this. The template package will also help to ensure that more user vehicles can be published.

From a quick look around the web, Kugelporsche also did the 3d for the BMW CSL Group 5 mod, amongst the older mods for GTL. Pleased to see him still making mods (though I don't know when this particular project was started).

I'm just having a break over Christmas and then I'll attend to it.

Not much to do as it's a pretty straight conversion and as you can see in the screnshots, it's practically done but I have been pre-occupied getting the ARC mod finished and released.
