Some Painjobs

Though its not my fave activity, I found some pleasure in painting some RL paintjobs lately. I'll post some pics in irregular intervalls, just as I progress and feel like.

Dick *giggle* Protheroe's first CUT 7, as it appeared at the 1962 RAC Tourist Trophy @ Goodwood







The body isn't 100% correct, the blue seems a bit to blue, and no mask done yet. A slightly skinnier 'Charles Wright'-font for the numbers would be fine, too, but else, its mostly done. Any interest?

Carry on doing these as skins are always welcome and if it feels good doing it, then all the better for it m8.

A few WIPs. Not historically accurate. Not historic actually! They're colourful & I like 'em.

I declare CUT 7 finished! At least painting wise, unless one of you dares to point out a glaring mistake! I'll write the neccessary files and pack 'em up these days.

While I'm doing E-Types, is there a variety of the cat around with all its chromed glory? Bumpers, trim and grill ornament? I found an example I'd like to recreate. Also, has someone a recommendation for that special Targa Florio number font?
